This is the Final Proposal for the Arena Grand Finale.
In other words, the below-mentioned options are final, and either Plan A or B will be the execution plan of the Grand Finale.

We will be making another announcement on voting procedures.
During the voting process amount of NCG, WNCG, and D:CC NFT will be calculated as your voting power.
Every NCG (1 NCG) is equivalent to 1 Vote, consequently, 1 WNCG will also be calculated as 1 Vote.
Meanwhile, 1 D:CC NFT will be calculated as 999 NCG, therefore, will be counted as 999 Votes.
- 1 NCG = 1 Vote
- 1 WNCG = 1 Vote
- 1 NFT = 999 Votes

Abstract
This document contains a proposal for the Arena Grand Finale, the ultimate event of the Nine Chronicles annual arena cycle. The proposal suggests different ways of executing 7 days long Arena Grand Finale itself, the distribution of 100K NCG among the rankers of the event,
and converting previously accumulated medals with event items. After gathering opinions from the greater Nine Chronicles community, details for the Grand Final will be settled and executed as mentioned in the proposal.

Motivation
As the ultimate stage of all Arena seasons, The Grand Finale will motivate players to push themselves to the limit and constantly challenge themselves. Also, the Grand Finale will celebrate and honor players who have already proven themselves. Moreover, this proposal, through detailed game design, intends the Grand Finale to be enjoyable and exciting for all players.

- Able to use only one ticket per opponent
- A player will fight against once with every other participant
- Scoring: Win(+20 Points), Lose(+1 Point)
- When the ratings are the same, the player will be ranked the same

- Random 100 players with a right guess will receive 100 NCG

- Voters with NCG Staking will receive in NCG
- Voters with WNCG Staking and/or D:CC will receive in WNCG.
- Among the voters, 10 voters will be randomly selected for 500 NCG.
